The Community of Excellence is an affordable solution that strengthens the nonprofits your foundation supports

The Covid crisis is hitting your nonprofit community hard. In addition to decreasing funding and increasing demand, most nonprofits are also dealing with significant operational disruption. Now more than ever, nonprofits need help streamlining operations, lowering costs, and maximizing employee effectiveness.

Please review the following proposal and consider becoming a founding partner in our Nonprofit "Community of Excellence" initiative.

Our objective is to help large numbers of nonprofits become more resilient, responsive, and innovative so they can survive (and even thrive) during these difficult time.

Nonprofits are at-risk. We cannot afford to lose them.

Invite 5 to 50 of your at-risk nonprofit agencies to participate in our Community of Excellence

The Nonprofit "Community of Excellence" provides an entire nonprofit organization with access to valuable leadership development and team-building tools, training, and support.

The annual cost is less than $5,000 per sponsored nonprofit. Compare this with the cost of coaching services that typically range from $20,000 to $50,000 per year, per employee!

Furthermore, the Nonprofit "Community of Excellence" is based on the United States Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework.  This helps ensure every participating nonprofit learns how to apply the best management practices associated with the most successful organizations.
