Member organizations (leaders and select employees) are invited to participate in series of regularly scheduled private support sessions. The sessions will be used to create each organization's customized Baldrige Roadmap. Once the organizations' Roadmap is created, the sessions will be used to monitor their progress, discusses blockers, and celebrates successes.

A calendar of web-events for you and your team that explores important topics related to HR, Marketing, Accounting, Audits, Foundation Relations, SEO, and other requested subjects.

A Series of Private Support Sessions
Every participating organization is invited to schedule a series of private online support sessions. The sessions will be used to create, monitor, and adjust each organization's prioritized improvement plan.
Initially, the objective of the sessions is to create the organization's Baldrige Roadmap and customize relevant management tools provided with the ManageHub Bootcamp video workshops. These early sessions will be facilitated by a Certified ManageHub Pro who will answer participant's questions and train them on how to use the Baldrige based Bootcamp tools.
As the organizations make progress, the focus of the sessions will shift to reporting progress, deciding on next-steps, and holding participants accountable for achieving their organization's stated objectives.
The private sessions are a wonderful "learn by doing" leadership development and team-building opportunity.
Leaders and their team will learn how to use key Baldrige-based best management practices to improve their organization's performance and achieve their strategic goals.
