This workshop focuses on measuring your organization's success.
To do this, we will use the ManageHub Success Score, the first Baldrige-based assessment that helps measure the maturity of six organizational dimensions: Leadership, Strategy, Customer-Focus, Employees, Operations, and Results.
The six individual scores are aggregated into one Success Score that you can use to help predict your organization's chances of long-term success.
Following the session you will receive a valuable 25-page report that explains your scores
We will also use this first assessment to track your organization's progress on your journey to excellence.
